Paris à vélo / Bicy Conditions générales de location
Le locataire ne peut ni sous-louer ni prêter le cycle qui reste la propriété exclusive de Paris à vélo / Bicy.
En cas de vol ou de perte, PAVS se réserve le droit de conserver le montant du dépôt de garantie et de réclamer une indemnité forfaitaire . Tout vol ou perte doit être signalé dans un délai de 24 heures.
Dans le cas des accessoires non restitués ou partiellement restitués (kit perdu, cadenas sans clef, etc…), ou de pièces endommagées, le locataire s’engage à régler un montant équivalent à la valeur de l’accessoire ou de la pièce complets, selon un barème consultable à l’accueil de notre local.
Toute location se règle d’avance, accompagnée d’un dépôt de garantie de 250€ par vélo de ville (VTT ou VTC 300€ à 500€ selon modèle / Tandem 900€ à 1500€ selon modèle).
Le cycle est assuré pendant la durée de location contre les accidents pouvant être occasionnés aux tiers. Le locataire s’engage, sous peine de perdre le bénéfice de l’assurance, à déclarer tout accident à PAVS ainsi qu’aux autorités de police avant l’échéance de la location et dans tous les cas sous un délai minimum de 24 heures.
Le locataire déclare qu’il bénéficie à titre personnel d’une assurance individuelle contre les accidents corporels qui le couvre notamment en cas d’usage de cycles. A défaut, il ne saurait reprocher l’absence de cette garantie personnelle au loueur.
Toute période de location dépassée se verra facturée du montant minimum équivalent au prix d’une journée de location.
PAVS ne pourra en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable si, en cours de location, le locataire ne respecte pas les lois et règlements établis, notamment le Code de la Route.
Le locataire s’engage à utiliser le cycle avec soin, à pourvoir à son entretien, mais n’est pas autorisé à effectuer de réparations importantes sans l’accord express de PAVS. Il devra ramener le cycle au loueur dans le même état où il a été pris. En cas contraire il accepte de supporter les frais de remise en état qui seront déduits du montant de la caution. Une immobilisation du cycle ne donnera en aucun cas droit à des dommages et intérêts pour trouble de jouissance. Tout mineur présentera une autorisation écrite parentale.

In the event of theft or loss, PAVS reserves the right to retain the amount of the security deposit and to claim a lump sum indemnity. Any theft or loss must be reported within 24 hours. In the case of accessories not returned or partially returned (lost kit, lock without key, etc …), or of damaged parts, the tenant undertakes to settle an amount equivalent to the value of the complete accessory or part, According to a scale consultable at the reception of our premises. All rentals are settled in advance, accompanied by a security deposit of 250 € per city bike (ATV or VTC 300 € to 500 € depending on model / Tandem 900 € to 1500 € depending on model). The cycle is insured during the rental period against accidents that may be caused to third parties. The tenant undertakes to declare any accident to PAVS and to the police authorities before the expiry of the tenancy, in any case within a minimum period of 24 hours, under penalty of losing the benefit of the insurance. The tenant declares that he has personal insurance against personal injury, which covers him in particular in the event of the use of cycles. Failing that, he can not criticize the absence of this personal guarantee to the lessor. Any overdue rental period will be charged the minimum amount equivalent to the price of a rental day. In no event will PAVS be held liable if, during the rental period, the tenant does not comply with the laws and regulations established, in particular the Highway Code.
The tenant agrees to use the cycle carefully, to provide for its maintenance, but is not authorized to carry out important repairs without the express agreement of PAVS. He will have to return the cycle to the landlord in the same state where it was taken. Otherwise, he agrees to bear the costs of restoration which will be deducted from the amount of the deposit. An immobilisation of the cycle will in no case give right to damages for disturbance of jouissance. All minors will have written parental consent.

De huurder kan niet onderverhuren of uitlenen van de cyclus blijft het exclusieve eigendom van Parijs op de fiets / Bicy. In geval van diefstal of verlies, PAVs behoudt zich het recht voor om het bedrag van de storting en schadevergoeding eisen te behouden. Diefstal of verlies moeten worden gemeld binnen 24 uur. Voor de niet teruggegeven of gedeeltelijk terug toebehoren (verloren kit, keyless sloten, etc …), of beschadigde onderdelen, de huurder gaat ermee akkoord om een bedrag betalen gelijk aan de waarde van het accessoire of het hele stuk, volgens een schaal verkrijgbaar in het huis van onze lokale. Elke verhuur is van tevoren, met een aanbetaling van € 250 per stadsfiets (VTT of VTC 300 € tot 500 € afhankelijk van het model / Tandem 900 € tot 1500 € afhankelijk van het model). De cyclus wordt verstrekt tijdens de huurperiode tegen ongevallen die aan derden kan worden veroorzaakt. De huurder gaat akkoord, op straffe van verlies van het voordeel van de verzekering, om een ongeval te melden aan PLWHA en politie voor het verstrijken van de huurovereenkomst en in ieder geval binnen een minimum van 24 uur. De huurder verklaart dat hij persoonlijk individuele verzekering tegen persoonlijke ongevallen, waarvan het gebruik in het geval van cycli omvat. Anders kan hij de afwezigheid van deze persoonlijke garantie aan de verhuurder niet kwalijk nemen. Elke keer overschreden de huur in rekening gebracht het minimum bedrag gelijk aan de prijs van een huurdag. LHE zal in geen geval aansprakelijk worden gesteld als tijdens de huurovereenkomst, is de huurder niet voldoet aan vastgestelde wet- en regelgeving, met inbegrip van de wegenverkeerswet.
De huurder gaat akkoord met de cyclus zorgvuldig te gebruiken, om te voorzien in het onderhoud, maar is niet toegestaan om grote reparaties uit te voeren zonder de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van PLWHA. Hij zal de cyclus brengen naar de verhuurder in dezelfde staat waarin het werd genomen. Anders is het instemt met de sanering kosten die zal worden afgetrokken van de borg te dragen. Een cyclus van het actief zal in geen geval recht op schadevergoeding voor de overlast. Elke minor zal een ouderlijke schriftelijke machtiging te presenteren.
